Homemade Egg-less Egg Nog

Sonshine loves eggnog.  I mean he really, REALLY loves eggnog...He looks forward to Christmas every year, just so he can drink egg nog.  I searched the interwebs high and low for a homemade recipe that did not use eggs.  We aren't allergic to eggs, just scared to death of getting salmonella poisoning.  I tried a few but they weren't very good so I made up my own.

Ingredients:
2 quarts of milk (I used low fat)
1 large box of instant vanilla pudding mix (5.1 oz or 6-8 serving size box)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg or to taste
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon or to taste.
a pitcher with a cover

Start by dissolving the pudding mix in the pitcher using 2 cups of milk, whisk until dissolved.  Add rest of milk.  Whisk in entire can of condensed milk.  Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover pitcher, and refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours.  Enjoy as is or add booze to make it taste better.
