I have to admit I was really excited to have been selected to review the Discover with Dr.Cool Real Bug Dig Kit, the minions on the other hand weren't too enthused. Teenie hates bugs with a passion and Sonshine, who is now a teen, hates everything. However, things changed once we opened the box and saw what was inside!
The award winning* Real Bug Dig Kit comes with a genuine spiny spider, fortune beetle and scorpion preserved in acrylic, which is then placed in a bug shape excavation block. The includes digging tool, brush and magnifying glass to help you chisel away and find the specimens. Also included are a full color 12-page info guide is filled with cool science facts about insects and was written by teachers, and an fun activity booklet.
