One of the many perks of being a blogger along with assignment deadlines and puling all-nighters to finish an article, is that I get to do product reviews. I really like product reviews because I get to try new stuff all the time and because I get stuff for free, which is super awesome. I love reviewing makeup so I was thrilled when I opened a package and found a mascara and eyeliner to review.
Bella Reina Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Pen:
I love felt tip eye liner pens, because they make it so much easier to apply eyeliner neatly (especially with my shaky hands). The Bela Reina Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Pen is built for precision. The way this pen is designed allows you to make narrow lines and more dramatic, wider lines.
Once you put it on, it stays on all day without smudging. The only con I found to this eye liner, is that I just wish it had more pigmentation. It seems to be a light shade of black and I would like to see it be more intense, but I'm just nit-picking. Other than that it is works perfectly. The formula is light and the application is just like a felt tipped marker, this eye liner does not flake and chip after it dries. So it looks just as good hours after you apply it.
Bella Reina High Definition Volumizing Mascara:
When I first got this mascara a was surprised at the simple yet sleek design of the packaging. The tube is heavier than most drugstore mascaras. The wand has a full, straight brush, making it easy to apply without clumping. The Bella Reina mascara formula goes on smoothly and lasts long. I prefer waterproof mascaras, but this one is water resistant and lasts long. Lashes look beautifully longer and fuller after just one coat! But because I have a flair for the dramatic I used two... I have to say all in all I am pretty impressed! This one does everything it says it will. I also want to mention that when I use this mascara, I no longer have to use an eyelash curler (which is great because I hate those things!) Most surprising was that this mascara also does not smell like a bunch of chemicals like other mascaras do. So that is a definite plus!
