Like most kids, the minions are always asking questions.We have finished reading The Long Winter, by Laura Ingalls Wilder, and they have been questioning the weather that the Ingalls family experienced as well as questions about the weather in general. For example "Why doesn't it rain more?" "Why is it always so windy?" So since we recently finished a disaster preparedness unit, I thought it would be fitting to do a unit study about the weather, since weather is the cause of the most dangerous, and costly natural disasters.
