So I poured up 2 tablespoons and drank it up. It was delicious! Tart and sweet, it tastes like a mouthful of cherries. I took it as recommended about three hours before going to bed. At first I didn't notice anything, but by bedtime, I was pooped! I zonked out and woke up about 5 hours later. It was pure uninterrupted sleep. I felt refreshed and not blah like I normal feel.
My son has trouble with falling asleep so I thought this would be a great product for him to try, so he tried it and loved the taste but prefers it mixed in water. He was able to fall asleep right away and was able to stay asleep through the night, when he woke up in the morning he said he felt really good. and had great sleep.
