When ever I can I try to use natural alternatives for just about everything. I think we are exposed to enough chemicals in our daily lives as it is. The first thing I did was mix together some of the recipes from their guide. I had been suffering a sore throat (allergy related) for about a week and I noticed that there was a recipe for a mouthwash. So I mix some up to use when my throat was irritated and it really helped to reduce the pain. My sore throat hasn't went away completely but it feels MUCH better. However, tea tree oil is toxic (if you swallow it) so I made sure to really rinse well. I also mixed up a cleaner recipe for my bathroom, which really got everything clean and smelling fresh. (Many people do not like the smell of tea tree oil, but I love it.)
